WHAT IS TDEE?
Your TDEE is your Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE). TDEE is an estimation of how many calories you burn per day when exercise and movement is taken into account.

Here are some calculators you can find online that will help you determine your TDEE. Remember these are just estimations and you may find you need to add or subtract as you move along your journey to achieve your desired weight loss. I would not recommend using your BMR instead of TDEE. Just because in my opinion you may risk eating too low in calories which besides it not being good for you, it may keep you from losing weight.

I found that these calculators gave me a few different numbers, so I just figured out the average of all three and am using that number currently.
